Every foot is unique. Our proprietary fitting process combines 3D technology, individual biomechanical analysis, and experienced bootfitter craftsmanship, in just over an hour.
You arrive in whatever socks you like and leave with a finished boot. There's no mould to send away, no second appointment, no waiting for parts: the scanner, the CAD/CAM milling machine and the liner-injection station are all in the store, and your boot is built around you while you're in it. You are at the factory.

Using your scan data, orthotics are milled from raw EVA blanks on a three-axis CAD/CAM machine. They correct alignment and distribute pressure evenly across your entire foot.
A gel-like memory foam is injected into the liner and solidifies in minutes. The result is a shell that is uniquely yours. No break-in period required.
The heart of the process is step three. A heat-moulded footbed — what most ski shops offer — starts flat and is pressed against your sole for a few seconds while it cools. It captures a rough impression of a foot under pressure.
A Surefoot orthotic starts as a solid EVA blank and is carved into the shape of your foot by a three-axis milling machine reading your 538-point scan. It supports the arch at skiing loads, holds the heel where the boot was designed to hold it, and spreads pressure across the whole sole instead of concentrating it. That's why the boots feel right on the first run — the geometry is right before you ever buckle in.
